Vista Gold Warranty Coverage
Every Vista by LLumar installation from OOVO Window Films comes with a strong manufacturer warranty as standard. Residential installations are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty and commercial installations by an Up to 15-year Limited Warranty. That coverage protects you against manufacturing defects like discoloration, fading, cracking, and adhesive failure. On top of that, we adds our own Lifetime labor warranty covering the installation itself.
For customers who want additional protection beyond the standard coverage, we also offer the Vista Gold Warranty as an optional upgrade. This is an extended coverage program available exclusively through Vista Select Pro dealers, which is what OOVO Window Films is. Not every window film company can offer this. It is a small subset of authorized dealers who qualify.
What Vista Gold Warranty Adds
The Vista Gold Warranty extends coverage in three specific ways beyond the standard Vista warranty:
- Extended coverage period for select performance issues
- Coverage for certain glass-related events that may not be covered under standard warranty terms
- Priority handling on claims processing
The exact terms of the Vista Gold Warranty depend on the specific Vista film product installed and the property type (residential or commercial). Full documentation is provided with your Vista Gold Warranty registration at the time of installation.

This warranty upgrade is most commonly chosen by homeowners investing in premium film products (Level 3 tier, $20 to $25 per square foot installed), commercial property owners installing across large glass areas, and customers who prioritize long-term peace of mind over minimizing upfront cost.
For entry-level and mid-tier installations, the standard Vista warranty plus OOVO’s labor warranty is typically sufficient. For higher-tier installations where you are investing $5,000 or more, Vista Gold adds a meaningful layer of protection that many customers value.
How to Add Vista Gold to Your Project
You can add the Vista Gold Warranty at the time of your estimate. Simply let us know during the in-home consultation or when scheduling your installation. We handle the registration paperwork with Vista and provide you with the full warranty documentation once your install is complete.

Vista Gold Warranty pricing depends on the project size and the film products installed. It is a one-time addition to your total project cost, not a recurring fee. We provide the exact cost during the estimate so you can decide whether the added coverage fits your budget and priorities.
What Is Still Covered Under the Standard Warranty
Whether or not you add Vista Gold, your standard coverage still includes:
