OOVO Window Films Labor Warranty

Thank you for choosing OOVO Window Films for your residential or commercial window film needs. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction extends beyond installation. We proudly stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty covering both labor and materials.

Labor Warranty

Coverage Duration: We provide a Lifetime labor warranty on all professional installations.

Coverage Scope: This warranty covers issues directly related to the installation process, including:

  • Peeling, bubbling, or delamination due to improper installation
  • Contamination caused during installation
  • Edges lifting or adhesive failure related to workmanship

Exclusions: This labor warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Physical damage (scratches, chips, or abrasions)
  • External conditions such as glass defects, seal failure, or environmental damage
  • Acts of nature (storms, flooding, etc.)

Product Warranty

Manufacturer’s Warranty: All window films installed by OOVO Window Films are backed by manufacturer warranties (LLumar, Vista, Avery Dennison, 3M, and others). Coverage varies by product and may include:

  • Discoloration
  • Fading
  • Cracking
  • Adhesive failure

Claims Process: For manufacturer-related issues, OOVO Window Films will assist in coordinating claims and communication with the manufacturer when applicable.

Conditions and Exclusions

Proper Maintenance: To maintain warranty coverage, window film must be properly cared for, including:

  • Waiting recommended curing time before cleaning
  • Using non-abrasive, ammonia-free cleaning solutions
  • Avoiding sharp objects or harsh materials on the film

Non-Covered Situations Include:

  • Improper cleaning methods or chemicals
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Glass failure (including thermal stress cracks or seal failure)
  • Damage from construction, remodeling, or third-party interference

Inspection Process: We may schedule an inspection to evaluate the issue. If determined to be an installation-related defect, repairs or replacement will be completed at no cost.

Limitations of Liability

OOVO Window Films is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages beyond the scope of this warranty, including but not limited to glass breakage, property damage, or loss of use.
